W. Noah Kromholz, MD, graduated the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine, Brooklyn, New York, in 1971. He completed an internship at Kings County Hospital Center, Brooklyn, New York, and two-year internal medicine residency at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. Next, Dr. Kromholz completed a two-year fellowship in endocrinology at Nassau University Medical Center, East Meadow, New York. Since that time Dr. Kromholz has held numerous academic positions including: Chief, Division of Endocrinology; Program Director, Endocrinology Fellowship Program; Director, Residency Training Program; Director, General Medical Clinic at the Nassau University Medical Center, associate clinical professor, department of clinical pharmacy practice at St. John’s University, Queens, New York, and associate professor of clinical medicine at SUNY Stony Brook College of Medicine and Physician’s Assistant Program, Stony Brook, New York. |
