Sander J. Leiman, MD, graduated the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York City, in 1988. He completed a three-year internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York City and then a three-year cardiology fellowship at Boston University Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts. In 1994 he joined Mid-Island Internal Medicine Consultants, which merged with Island Internists in 1996 to become Island Medical Group.
